more information

As a National Leader of Governance, I have many years of successfully leading a Governing Board that supports a school to move to outstanding.  My ambition along with the rest of the Governing Board and the Leadership Team at Khalsa Primary School is for the school to achieve outstanding at its next Ofsted inspection but also to go beyond that.  My background has been in education for the past 35 years when I have worked as a classroom teacher, head of department, senior teacher and assistant head of school.  I bring my experience of both governance and education to the role of Chair and feel privileged to work with governors and school colleagues of such calibre.  I have lived in Hounslow for the past 34 years and love the vibrancy and multi-cultural nature of the community.
