Children born between 1 September 2012 and 31 August 2013 are due to start Reception in September 2017.
The local authority (LA) deals with all statutory admissions from Reception to Year 6. To apply for a place you will need to both complete an application form for the local authority, and complete the school’s Supplementary Information Form (SIF).
1. Local Authority Application: Click here to submit your application online or contact School Admissions at the London Borough of Ealing or your local authority.
2. Supplementary Information Form (SIF). This needs to be returned directly to the school office with a copy of your child’s birth certificate and two proofs of address (e.g. council tax, child tax benefit, income support document, driving licence with counterpart). Download the SIF here. The SIF is also available from the school office.
The deadline for both applications is 15th January. Any application received after this date will be considered as a late application and put on the waiting list in accordance to the Admissions Criteria.
It is parents’ responsibility that both forms, the Supplementary Information Form and the Local Authority Common Application Form are completed and handed in before the deadline, 15th January.
