Nursery Applications

You need to complete one form only, the Supplementary Information Form(SIF).

Please return it to the school office with a copy of your child’s birth certificate and two proofs of address (e.g. council tax, child tax benefit, income support document, driving licence with counterpart, etc.)

Please note that children with a place in the nursery are not guaranteed a place in Reception for the following year. Parents must apply again for a place in Reception. 

Children born between 01/09/2020 and 31/08/2021 are due to start nursery in September 2024.
Children born between 01/09/2021and 31/08/2022 are due to start nursery in September 2025.

Reception Applications

You will need to fill out two forms: the Local Authority Form and the school's Supplementary Information Form (SIF).

The Supplementary Information Form (SIF) needs to be returned directly to the school office with a copy of your child’s birth certificate and two proofs of address (e.g. council tax, child tax benefit, income support document, driving licence with counterpart, etc.). The SIF is also available in paper form from the school office.

You will need to apply the year before the child is due to start. Admission applications open in October and close on 15th January.

It is parents' responsibility that both forms, the Supplementary Information Form and the Local Authority Common Application Form are completed and handed in before the deadline, 15th January.

Any application received after this date will be considered as a late application and put on the waiting list in accordance to the school’s Admissions Criteria (below).

Children born between 01/09/2019 and 31/08/2020 are due to start reception in September 2024.

In-Year Applications

You will need to complete two forms: The In-Year Application Form and The Supplementary Information Form (SIF).

  1. In-Year Application Form. Please ensure that you complete the In-Year Application Form, obtainable from your Local Authority or go online for more information.
  2. Supplementary Information Form (SIF). This needs to be returned directly to the school office with a copy of your child’s birth certificateand two proofs of address (e.g. council tax, child tax benefit, income support document, driving licence with counterpart, etc.). The SIF is also available in paper form from the school office.

It is parents' responsibility that both forms, the Supplementary Information Form (SIF) and the Local Authority Common Application Form (CAF) are completed and handed in.

All applications will be considered and put on a waiting list in accordance to the Admissions Criteria (below). The school will contact you when a space becomes available within the year group you have applied.
